Can you review my Single Line Diagram (SLD) before I order?
Absolutely. We act as your second pair of eyes. Send us your SLD and load profile, and our engineers will validate the sizing and compatibility of the inverter/battery pairing to prevent integration errors.
What happens if a warranty issue arises?
You call us in Nairobi, not a hotline in China. We hold spare parts locally. If a unit is confirmed faulty, we provide an immediate swap or loaner unit to keep your client online while we process the RMA.
Do your inverters communicate with known batteries?
We only sell “Closed Loop” verified pairs. If you are mixing brands, check our Compatibility Matrix first. We will not sell you a combination that hasn’t been bench-tested in our workshop.
How do you handle upcountry delivery for heavy pallets?
We use dedicated logistics partners for palletized freight. We can deliver directly to site (e.g., Lodwar, Garissa) with lift-gate trucks, so you don’t need a forklift on the receiving end.
